Dear Mr. &Mrs. Hunter:
At the meeting ofthe South Windsor Zoning Board ofAppeals held on June 5, 2003,the Board
approved your request for a 2' side yard variance to section 10.2 to allow an addition and deck 8'
from the property line at 24 Greenfield Drive, A-20 zone.
The Board concluded the hardship to be as follows:
1. Placement ofthe house on the property makes it impossible to construct an addition
anywhere on the lot.
2. Placement of the septic system creates difficulty constructing an addition without the
requirement of a variance.
Any new building, or alteration/additions to existing buildings, requires a building permit prior to
start of construction.
These actions are effective upon your filing the enclosed form in the Town Clerk's Office at your
own expense.
