Dear Mrs. Evans:
I am very much ag oadd'ndustries 229 Satellite Rd,
So. Windsor putting on We have enough noise,
traffic and unkept surroundings without adding any more.
Both my husband and me are not in favor of such an
addition. I have written to you about TriState Laundry
in regard to the bad view and the noise and incidentally
the trees that were planted have died. I am in favor of
the Laundry putting up a Tence instead of trees. I think
the Commission should insist on that.

Site Plan of Development
Dear Mr. Dyke;
Please be advised that the Planning and Zoning Commission voted
at its October 27, 1987 meeting to deny, without prejudice, your
request for a Site Plan of Development for a building addition.
The Commission's reasons for denial were (1) presentation of inadequate
landscaping plan, and (2) present outside storage of material is in
violation of Section 4.8.4.2 of the Zoning Regulations.
