OPEN PERMIT:
I have contacted your household either by a phone call to your home
or I have dropped off a door tag. This was done to remind you that
you have an open BUILDING PERMIT. I have had no response to this .
According to our records you still need either an intermediate or
final inspection. Would you please contact me and let me know the
status of your project. If your project is finished please call and
schedule a final inspection. Please be advised that occupancy of a
structure that does not have a CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY is a
VIOLATION of STATE STATUTE # 29-265 .
Please contact this office within one week of receipt of this letter.

Dear Mr. Vale:
The office of the South Windsor Building Inspector has made
several attempts to finalize a project at your residence approved
under Building Permit #20067 (copy enclosed) . A telephone call
was made and/or door tag was left on or around 1/6/93, with no
response.
A letter(s) was subsequently sent August 26, 1993 (copy
enclosed) , with no response from you.
Please be advised that if no response is received within thirty
days of your receipt of this notice, this permit will be filed as
unfinished, and a caveat regarding its status will be filed in
the land records of the Town of South Windsor. If you have any
further questions you may contact myself or John Hogan the
Assistant Building Official between the houz3 of 8 to 9 am and 1
and 2 pm.
