Dear Mr. Gilliam:
I have tried to reach your electrician and you, but have
been unable to get an answer from the electrician' s phone
and the messages I have left at your hone have gone un-
answered.

Will you please ceall the S. W. Building Dept. at 644 2511
ext. 230 as soon as possible. I have been unable to mail
the Eledtrical Permit because the electrician did no*put
the correct address on the application.
