I would like to remind you that the Building Permit(s) 26325 for your pool is (are) still open. State Building Codes require the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy prior to its use. Please contact our office for a final inspection prior to the removal of the winter cover or adding any water to your pool. All permits must be closed by May 1, 2000. Should you have any problems meeting this date please send our office a letter stating the reasons. (The pool still can't be opened). If the pool is opened without the benefit of a Certificate of Occupancy a caveat may be placed in the land records stating there are Building Code Violations on your property.
