railings on the rear steps does not meet code. In the spring of 1998 we are planning a revision of
that step and the rear patio. Upon completion of the work we will notify your department for an
inspection.

as provided by Connecticut General Statute 29-252-1b-119 . 5 . 1 .
This approval is granted for a period that ends March 24, 1997 .
The permanent Certificate of Occupancy will be issued once the
structure has been converted to a single family residence, and
complies with all the requirements of the Connecticut Basic
Building Code and The Town of South Windsor Zoning Regulations as
they pertain to a single family residence.
Please be advised that any changes in the building which
constitutes a violation of the conditions of the permit will
result in revocation of this approval .
