This is to notify you that your application to the
youth Windsor mooning Board of Appeals requesting a
temporary and conditional pemit to allow a temporary
office space structure on promises at 2019 John Fitch
Boulevard, has been granted as follows.
The board voted to waive the requirements of Sections
4* 3.1 and 3+10.5 to approve Appeals W769 for two years
for a temporary structure that is substantially
similar to the drawing presented at the Public Hearing
and in keeping with the residential character of the
area, on the condition that when the building is
removed at the end of the two-year period, the concrete
piers must be removed, as outlined at the Hearingg, and
the site returned to its nature. state and on tie
condition that the septic tank facilities be sufficient
to serve the needs of the employees to the satisfaction
of the Health Officer*
