PETER D 'ENGENIS Dear John: As indicated on the application, this parcel is partially located within the wetlands. The impact of this proposal would be minimal . The plans indicate about 1. 8 of the 2. 02 acre site involved with the construction. The overall proposal is not too difficult. Some of the concerns that should be addressed are: 1. Sloping or grading to westerly property line. 2. Assuming an approval this fall, Sedimentation & Erosion control in the fall & winter months should be addressed. 3. If an approval is granted, a conservation bond of 2, 500 is suggested to assure compliance with their conservation plans . Staff is not opposed to their proposal . Very truly yours, C7 L A. B.
