Dear Mr.Weinman;
I have the somewhat unpleasant task to inform you that.you have failed to obtain a
permanent Certificate of Occupancy for you new facility permitted by Building Permit
26578 at 20 Baker Lane,South Windsor,CT. The short-term temporary occupancy that
was granted in order to accommodate your move from 1001 Foster Street Ext. has long
since expired. No new occupancy has ever been requested. Outstanding items for a
Permanent Certificate of Occupancy to be issued include:
Submission and acceptance of an As-Built site plan
Submission of an affidavit of actual final cost of the project
c• Submission of a statement from both the Architect and Contractor as to
substantial compliance with the Architect's design.
Submission of the Final Statement of Special Inspections
Please contact me within ten days of receipt of this letter to avoid further action from this
office. Please be advised that this unlawful occupancy is a violation of CGS 29-265, as well
as a source of liability for your organization.
