Concret Placement Locations: Continuous footing from 15-N to 7-C lines.
Total Concrete Yardage This Date: 20 cubic yards @ 3000 PSI*.
All reinforcing steel was properly placed in accordance with drawings:
S-1, S-2 & S-3, dated 10-15-99.
Cylind rs, slump and air content were performed and are as reported on Compression T st
R sult Sheet. This report will follow when compression strength test results are known.
Remarks: *Inspector could not stay for balance, arrived as scheduled for a 9:00 placement and was
notified placement was changed to 11:00. Another inspection was scheduled in Farmington
for 12:30-1:00. Site supervisor requested an inspection on placement of structural fill
material in interior foundation areas. Material was placed in 8" lifts and was in the process
of being compacted with a vibratory roller. A sample of material was taken for a sieve &
proctor analysis.
