Dear Mr. Sarra:
According to our records your swimming pool project permitted under Building Permit #27897 is
still not complete, and we would like to close this permit. As of today the last visit to this project by
Building Department personnel was 6/6/02. Your swimming pool should not be used until a
Certificate of Use for the pool is granted by the Building Department.
Please contact the Building department as to the current status of this project.
If a resolution to the open Building Permit is not made within ten working days from receipt of this
letter this office may take other actions to resolve this matter.
You may call me or Chris Dougan, Deputy Building Official, should you have any questions. Our
office hours are 8 - 9 a.m. and 1 - 2 p.m. the phone number is 644-2511 ext. 230.
