Dear Chris,
Per our recent telephone conversation and the Strawbridge Condominium Association's decision
to demolish Units#1901 through#1904, as part of the reconstruction of Building#19,the
following commentary will note the necessary changes to the previously submitted Permit
Drawings, dated 13 Jan. 2003.
Drawing Al: Building 19 First Floor-delete reference to existing construction. Units#1901 -
1904 to be demolished.All work to be new construction.
Drawing A2: Building 19 Second Floor-delete reference to existing construction. Units#1901 -
1904 to be demolished.All work to be new construction.
Drawing A3: Building 19 Roof Plan-delete reference to existing construction. Units#1901 -
1904 to be demolished. All work to be new construction.
Drawing A5.3: Unit#1901 —Dorchester Floor Plans to be deleted. Refer to Drawing A5.1 for
Unit#1901 information (Units#1901 and#1909 are similar).
Drawing A5.4: Unit#1902—Dorchester Floor Plans to be deleted. Refer to Drawing A5.2 for
Unit#1902 information (Units#1902 and#1910 are similar).
Drawing A6.3: Unit#1903—Exeter Floor Plans to be deleted. Refer to Drawing A6.1 for Unit
1903 information (Units#1903 and#1907 are similar).
Drawing A6.4: Unit#1904—Exeter Floor Plans to be deleted. Refer to Drawing A6.2 for Unit
1904 information (Units#1904 and#1908 are similar).
Drawing A7: Building 19 Elevations-delete reference to existing construction. Units#1901 -
1904 to be demolished.All work to be new construction.
