Dear Lome,
The Board of Directors has approved your request to expand your de k per the diagram you submitted. This
approval is based on the following conditions:
1) A Hold Harmless Agreement signed and returned to Elite Prope Management who will file it with the land
records in the South Windsor Town Hall(see attached).You agr a to reimburse the Association for the filing fee
of$15.00
2) A permit is obtained and a copy provided to Elite Property Management.
3) The wood used is number one grade pressure treated lumber.
4) Galvanized screws are used rather than nails.
5) The deck is stained with the same product as existing.
6) If you plan to have a contractor do the work,provide a copy of tie contractors current certificate of insurance to
Elite Property Management.
7) The old shrubs and waste lumber material not be disposed of in i he Association Dumpster.
8) The new shrubs to border your deck will be selected by the Association's landscaper with your input and that of
the board of Director's.
