Dear Mr . Petock:
This is to notify you that your application to the South Windsor
Zoning Board of Appeals requesting a two-year temporary and
conditional permit to allow an enclosed boat storage area which
encroaches into the side yard on property located at ._I89 Brookfield
St . , South Windsor, A-20 Zone, has been granted subject to the
following terms and conditions :
1 . Permit is for a two (2) year maximum period .
2. The structure would have to be . removed if no longer
needed to store a boat .
This action is effective February 1, 1990 . The permit will have to
be renewed in two years if you wish to continue this use .
