Where have been day cares operating out of they in tie past, however. they never received special exception approval. 2. There are no proposed changes to the building. All of the s rvices are present and the site received site plan approval for its addition on co J-7 IV, 3. There is a playground area that already exists on the east side of the site. This area is fenced in with a rail fence. It is also surrounded on two sides by an iron bar fence. These two sides face the driveway entrance and Ellington Road. The children will not have to walk out into the driveway area to g t to the playground. In the near future, Ellington Road will be terminated in the vicinity of the townhall and the roadway waywillthenbecomethechurch's private driveway. 4. There is ample parking at this facility to accomodate th number of cars that may be expected at functions held at the daycare.
