This is the first time that the 13 buildings on this site have been shown on one plan. Modifications to the site weren't always approved. With that in mind, Kellco agreed to submit an as built plan, consistent with 4 . 13 .10 of the regulations for the total site prior to requesting a certificate of occupancy of buildings 10 & 11. It is my understanding that they still don't have certificates of occupancy. A collection of concerns include: 1 . IP' s still not set 12/19/88 2 . The 1984 approval required additional buffering. Needs planning approval. 3 . We have a 5' sidewalk easement. I don't believe the sidewalk is within the easement. Also a handicap parking space covers oneend. 4 . Landscaping per planning. 5 . The 1986 approval granted 163 10 ' x 20 ' parking spaces or 1/125 sq. ft. of bldg. Verification by someone is appropriate. 6 . The detention pond capacity proposed is 0 . 45 acre feet. I scale 0 . 25 7 . The sanitary lines to 8 & 9 and 5, 6 & 7 should have clean outs . 8 . The buildings should be numbered on this plan. 9 . The junk cars that were discussed two years ago are still in place. 10 . The plan should include the 4 .13 . 10 certification. There should be some resolution to the Mother Goose II connections . The sanitary sewer goes from N/F Kelley across N/F Wayner to a private line across RSK-Kellco. It would seem that an easement should be granted. There is no parking for Mother Goose II .
