Dear Mr. Cenci:
Pool season is almost here. I would like to remind you that the Building Permit(s)
26276 for your pool is(are) still open. State Building Codes require the issuance of a
Certificate of Occupancy prior to its use. Please contact our office for a final inspection
prior to the removal of the winter cover or adding any water to your pool.
All permits must be closed by May 1, 2000. Should you have any problems meeting this
date please send our office a letter stating the reasons. (The pool still can't be opened). If
the pool is opened without the benefit of a Certificate of Occupancy a caveat may be
placed in the land records stating there are Building Code Violations on your property.
Please call John Collins, Chief Building Official,or myself should you have any

This letter is a follow up to our last correspondence,which was either a phone call or a
site visit. The first dead line has passed and the permit#26276 remains open. Remember
that your pool may not be opened until a final inspection has been done and a Certificate
of Use and Occupancy issued.
Please respond as soon as possible so that we can bring closure to this matter. Since you
have responded to the first letter we have extended your deadline to May 29, 2000. If at
that time your permit has not been closed,we will file a caveat in the land records stating
that, there are Building Code Violations on your property.
