On 14 & 15 Sep, I had the opportunity to inspect the construction- in-progress of the Resource Recovery Center on Burgess Road. At this stage, the wall subsurface preparation has been completed; the gravity block retaining wall has been erected , squared and leveled ; and most of the rebar interlacing, prior to welding, has been completed.
