Dear Mr. McNulty:
At the meeting of the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals held on May 4, 2000, the Board approved
your request for a variance to section 10.2 to allow 84.2% impervious coverage at 1535 John Fitch Blvd.,
GC & RO zones.
The Board concluded the hardship to be as follows:
1. Tearing up the existing impervious coverage and installing block pavers would create a safety
issue for this operation.
2. The impervious coverage was existing prior to the purchase of this property.
3. The Planning & Zoning Commissions site plan approval is required.
Any new building, or alteration/additions to existing buildings, requires a building permit prior to start of
construction.
These actions are effective upon your filing the enclosed form in the Town Clerk's Office at your own
expense.
