This is to notify you that your application to the South Windsor
Zoning Board of Appeals requesting a temporary and conditional
permit to allow a sign larger than permitted at 1505 John Fitch
Boulevard, has been granted an follows.
The board voted to grant a temporary and conditional permit for
two years to allow a sin larger than permitted, 4 4r x V in
size, mounted on 4." x 4 posts, and set back as outlined at the
hearing. The total height of the sign ,wall not exceed seven
feet from the ground, and the sign, will be non-illuminated.
The content of the sign will be substantially the same as
indicated at the hearing* This pearmit will be for two rears
or 60 days after sale or lease of the property, whichever comes
first.
