Dear Mr.Collins:
Pursuant to the walk through for the Certificate of Occupancy at the Rotary
Field Press Box Building on Thursday,April 3,2003 with Fire Marshal William
Lanning,General Contractor Don Childree,and Legion Representative Bob
Lorenson, it was agreed that a time line for would be set for the two remaining
items to be completed.
Item#1--Complete the sheet rocking of the upstairs ceiling and wall.
Item#2--Complete a doorway into the upstairs storage room.
Both of these items will be completed by May 1,2004.
