Dear Mr. Boyd:
Please be advised that the Planning and Zoning Commission at its May 27, 2003,meeting
approved the above-referenced request for a temporary and conditional permit to allow outdoor
storage trailers on property at 15 Commerce Way, I Zone. This approval is subject to the
following terms and conditions:
1. Outdoor storage of materials is approved for the site,provided that a stockade fence or other
decorative board fence will be constructed to screen outdoor storage from Sullivan Avenue.
Screening is also required along Commerce Way. The applicant may select either evergreen
plantings.or fencing for the Commerce Way screening. A final plan for the screening must be
provided to.the Planning Dept for review within 14 days, and the screening must be
established no later than July 15,2003.
2. The two-year temporary and conditional permit for three storage trailers will expire on
May 27,2005.
