Dear Mr . Davies :
This letter is written per our conversation today regarding the
correct address for our new home in Blue Spruce Estates.
Ever since we made an initial deposit on lot 15 in March of this
year, we were told the proper address was lot 15 Hearthstone
Drive. This was our understanding from Allied Builders and Celtic
Realty representing Allied Builders .
We applied and received a mortgage at a large financial
institution with the understanding the property was 15
Hearthstone Drive.
We have had all our mail forwarded from our previous
address in Avon to 15 Hearthstone Drive.
We have new checks from a local bank printed as 15
Hearthstone Drive.
Approximately 5 days before our closing , I was notified by my
attorney Richard Rittenband , that the property was being referred
to as 15 Blueberry Circle. This came as a complete surprise to
everyone.
At our closing some documents stated the property was 15 Blueberry
Circle and the Certificate of Occupancy stated the property was 15
Hearthstone Drive.
We expressed our concerns to Attorney Rittenband who suggested we
contact your office to resolve this issue.
In conclusion , we would prefer the address of 15 Hearthstone Drive
which would make life alot easier for us and not require us to
notify others of another address change.
Please resolve this issue in favor of 15 Hearthstone Drive .
