Re: House addition setback at 146 Kelly Road
Project No. 95-826
This letter is to verify that there are 34.6 feet between the easterly side of the house and
the easterly property line. There would be a "setback" distance of 11.6 feet with a 23 foot
addition on this side, which in turn leaves a 1.6 foot surplus when a 10' side yard is required.
The above findings are based on field evidence recovered April 17, 1995.
