At the meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals held on October 3,
1991, a 5 foot side yard variance was granted to Section 10 . 2
formerly 5 . 2) of the Zoning Regulations to allow construction of a
deck on property located at Beelzebub;. R (RR Zone)
The following conditions apply:
1 . Final structure to be no closer than 15 feet to side property
line .
The Board noted the hardship to be caused by the angled location of
the house on the property causing the structure to be non-
conforming.
