RE: Appeal No. 1202-77
Your application to the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals re-
questing a temporary and conditional permit for two years to allow
an office in your home on premises known as 145 Farmstead Drive,
Zone A-20, has been approved because the Board feels the nature
of the business will be in keeping with the character of the neighbor-
hood. This approval is granted for office use only and does not allow
for any advertising of the business, any increase in neighborhood
traffic or any parking of trucks.
This action is effective September 14, 1977.
