Dear Mr. Montagna:
Pool season is almost here. I would like to remind you that the Building Permit(s)28696 for your pool is (are)still open. State Building Codes require the issuance of a
Certificate of Use prior to its using your pool. Please contact our office for a final
inspection prior to the removal of the winter cover or adding any water to your pool.
All permits should be closed by May 31, 2003. Should you have any problems meetingthisdatepleasesendourofficealetterstatingthereasons. (The pool still can't be
opened). Ifthe pool is opened without the benefit ofa Certificate of Use a caveat may be
placed in the land records stating there are Building Code Violations on your property.
