Dear Anne& Lori:
Your request to make improvements to your basement as reviewed by the Pleasant Hills
Condominium Association's Board of Directors at a recent meeting.
The Board has approved your request provided you obtain a permit from the Town of South
Windsor and send a copy to the Association for its files. Also you must obtain a certificate of
insurance from any contractor you use that helps you m e the improvements.
