No abutting buildings shown

Drawing dated "Feb. 1989" needs a date.

2 . Building coverage as proposed is 41 . 2%; 50% allowed.
Impervious coverage exists at 100%- a ZBA variance was granted
2/2/89 approving that to remain at 100% . Also at that time, the
applicant received variances for the 10' side yard so that the
new building could be attached to the other building. These
specific variances should be noted on the plans.
3 . The parking formula reflects that 10 spaces are required;
20 have been shown. This--breakdown does not conform with our

not required; however Fred Shaw Supt of Water Pollution Control,
has the following comments, the plans do not show sanitary
service, both existing and new. 'If addition involves incremental
addition to "developed acreage" , quanity estimates of incremental
development should be provided to the Collector of Revenue for
purposes of calculating sewer connection charge. If sanitary
flow equals or is greater than 5,000 gal/day, or if addition will
involve industrial wastes (process) discharge to sewers, a state

If approved, the planning department request the following
