Windsor, Conn. 06074 Dear Mr. Clerke: Re : App. No. 1251-78 Your application to the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals requesting a variance of Article 5. 2, Section 5, to allow construction beyond the building line on premises known as 132 Laurel Street, Zone A-20, has been granted. The variance will be for 5.1 feet. The Board feels the severe corner with the 40 foot line carrying all the way around the corner, and the house angle would make an addition unfeasible unless the addition encroached somewhat on the building line. It was noted that the corner is not an intersection, and, therefore, there will be no traffic or hazard problem.
