This is to notify you that your application to the South
Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals for a variance to allow
a sign larger than permitted and more than one sign on
premises known as 1249 John Fitch Boulevard, has been
granted as follows*
The Board voted to grant Appeal. #908 for a variance to
allow a sign larger than pe itted and more than one sign
in light of the Fact that the existing sign on the
building is not adequate. The e i is to be placed
beyond the State taking line, tweve feet from the
abutting property line• The sign is to be J! x 81 , no
more than twelve Feat from the ground, and not illuminated
after 9 p.m. The content of the sign Is to be as submitted
at the Public Bearing. The Board feels that a second sign
is needed to indicate the place of business for traffic
traveling south on John Fitch Boulevardo
