Dear Mr. Collins:
On 4/29/02 I made a field inspection of the maintenance building under construction,
specifically in respect to the subsoil in the vicinity of the footings. This inspection showed thefootingsandfoundationinplaceandaportionofthewallbackfilled. In the areas that were not
backfilled, I was able to check the material immediate adjacent to and, in some instances, slightlyunderasmallportionofthefooting.
From what I could see, the material was similar to the material that is throughout that
immediate area including the vicinity ofthe clubhouse and it appears that there should be no problemwithitsupportingthisstructure.
