I had given a date of July 25th as the date of finishing all
the needed requirements to fullfill my obligation for the
above ground pool . I had started digging around the pool
versus putting in a fence and I thru my back out.
Therefore, after being laid up for a week I ended up with the
fence idea anyway. This setback along with our vacation
plans inhibits us from finishing by the July 25th date. I
would like to give you a new date of August 20th.

You are hereby notified that the following condition exists on the
property referenced above:
State Statute 29-265
Type of violation:
I have contacted your household either by a phone call to your home
or I have dropped off a door tag. This was done with regards to your
swimming pool with hope that you would contact this office. According
to our records your pool does not have a Certificate Of Occupancy
which is required by State Statute 29-265 which states it is unlawful
to use a pool without a Certificate Of Occupancy.
You may have an unsafe condition that not only is a hazard to you and
your family but to your neighbors as well . All of this adds up to
extra liability for you as the home owner.
Corrective action required:
Please contact this office on or before June 25 1993
You will then have two weeks from the date you contact this office to
resolve this problem. If this date for compliance does not allow for
sufficient time to correct the problem, please let me know when you
call the office. Should you fail to correct the violation by the date
given, and do not contact me regarding this situation, this will be
referred to the State of Connecticut Housing Court for action.
