This is to notify you that your application to the South
Windsor Zoning Hoard of Appeals requesting a variance
to all the sale of fa land .eaving a house lot with
lose than the minimim frontage and area on premises known
as 1170 Main Street, has been granted.
The Board voted to grant Appeal. #901 to allow a undersized
lot 300000 square feet, with 30 feet less than the
Mi; um frontsga requirement; namely 120 feet frontage,
with a non-conformer ream line of 36 feet, or 20 feet
less than the required rear line; on the rounds of the
unique situation of a corner lot with ample frontage on
Governors Highway and it is not out of character with the
area nor is it offensive to the neighborhood.
