Dear Mr. Johnson:
Re: Subdivision, NIS Deming Street
Our Town Engineer, Mr. Page, has reviewed your application, and there are
several items you should be prepared to address at the public hearing:
1. Approval from the Inland-Wetlands Agency must be obtained;
2. Due to the flood plain elevation, construction will be limited to
a triangular piece approximately 125' x 70' along the southerly and easterly
boundaries;
3. Approval is required from the Sewer Commission for a new lateral
and assessment;
4. Debris from construction of the Grilli building will have to be
removed, and the detention basin must be graded,. loamed and seeded with rye,
5. Water will have to be provided by the Metropolitan District Company.
If you wish clarification of any of the above items, contact Mr. Page.
Furthermore, Mr. DeMallie, our Director of Planning, has indicated that the
scale on the topographic and plot plan maps does not conform to scale (should
be 1" = 40'), and the zoning side yard and rear yard setback lines should be
indicated and conform to the appropriate zoning district (flood plain or RC).
These items should be corrected prior to the public hearing.
Yours very truly,

Dear Mr. Johnson:
Re: App. #739 - Resubdivision, N/S Deming St.
We have reviewed the mylar which was submitted to our office to be
stamped and signed before filing in the Town Clerk's Office. The Mylar
should be corrected to show the flood plain area so that the land
which is buildable is clearly indicated.
Will you please correct the mylar and submit it along with a check
for the $8 filing fee and we will arrange to have it signed and stamped,
and filed, before September 3rd.
If you cannot correct the mylar prior to that date, please ask for an
extension before our meeting on September 2nd.
