Dear Mr. Kasmarzyk:
Pool season is almost here. I would like to remind you that the Building Permit(s)
28898 for your pool is(are) still open. State Building Codes require the-issuance of a
Certificate of Use prior to its using your pool. Please contact our office for a final
inspection prior to the removal of the winter cover Cr adding any water to your pool.
All permits should be closed by May 31,2003. Should you have any problems meeting
this date please send our office a letter stating the re ons. (The pool still can't beopened). Ifthe pool is opened without the benefit o a Certificate of Use a caveat may be
placed in the land records stating there are Building Code Violations on your property.
Please call Christopher J. Dougan, Deputy Building Official, or myself should you have
