e. Building location with dimensions.
Elevations of proposed finish floor,
garage floor & center line of road at
driveway.
f. Elevations of gravity drainage systems,
sanitary & foundation drain at the
house and the street.
g. Tentative utility location gas, electric,
water, etc.
h. Title block with name and address of
preparer, date appropriate certification,
live seal and signature.
5. Sedimentation and erosion control.
6. Special Planning & Zoning, Inland/Wetlands
considerations. (Plans on file w/Town Clerk)
