I would like to remind you that the permit # 21472, for your pool is still open. State Building Codes require the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy prior to its use. Please contact our office prior to the removal of the winter cover or adding any water to your pool for a final inspection. All permits must be closed by June 1, 1995. Should you have any problems meeting this date please send our office a letter stating the reasons. (The pool still can't be opened) . If the pool is opened without the benefit of a Certificate of Occupancy a Caveat may be placed in the land records stating there are Building Code Violations on your property.
