Your applicotion to the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals,
requestinr, e variance to Section 5, Article 5.2 to allow con—
struction closer to the sidelines then permitted on premises
known as 105 Beelzebub Road, Zone RR, has been approved*
The approval will allow construction of a detached structure
to be used strictly for the storage of garbage pails end for
the shelter of a cord of firewood, The variance ellowed on
the easterly side is 10 feet as shown on the plan presented
to the Board.
Also, the Board feels the request for e 2—car garage presents
a herdship because of the size of your lot. A 10—foot veriBnee
is also ellowed on the west side to permit construction of 9
garegre es, shown on the map submitted*
This action is effective April 14, 1976# and upon filing in
the Town Clerk' s office,
