Cole: Anneal U91 This is to notify you that your application to the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals, requesting a variance to allow a sign larg r than permitted and more than one sign for the business on premises at 1017 Sullivan Avenue, has been granted as follows. The Board voted to grant this applicationatiun to allow two signs on premises at 1017 Sullivan Avenue; one sign to be affixed to the building, the other a free-standing pylon sign. Both signs are to be 4T x 181 in else. The pylon sign is subject to the follow- ing conditions; 1 It is to be located 50 feet in from the road as indicated on the map submitted with the application* 2. The bottom of the sign is to be not more than 10 Feet off the ground. 3. It will not be lighted past midnight and no flashing lights will be permitted. 4* A stone or concrete block planter as described in the overlay, to be fully shrubbed, is to be erected at the base of the sign. 5. The Jerry Lewis caricature is to be omitted from the sign. 6. The sign is to have a bronze border eight inches in depth and a four inch wide border. 7. The sign should be custom made. Cale appeared before the Board and asked them to reconsider their approval of a sign for the Jerry Lewis Cinema to be located at 1017 Sullivan Avenue. r. Cole said their intention was to request a sign 15 feet cuff the ound, not ,10 feet off the ground as was approved by the loard on February 3. This is to notify you that the Board has voted to amend its approval of Application 891 to allow the pylon sign to stated 15 feet from the ground to the bottom of the sign« All other stipulations aro to remain as formerly stated.
