Dear Ms. Charette:
Pool season is almost here. I would like to remind you that the Building Permit(s)
29046 for your pool is(are) still open. State Building Codes require the issuance of a
Certificate ofUse prior to its using your pool. Please contact our office for a final
inspection prior to the removal of the winter cover or adding any water to your pool.
All permits should be closed by May 31, 2003. Should_you have any problems meeting
this date please send our office a letter stating the reasons. (The pool still can't be
opened). If the pool is opened without the benefit of a Certificate of Use a caveat may be
placed in the land records stating there are Building Code Violations on your property.
Please call Christopher J. Dougan, Deputy Building Official, or myself should you have
