Dear Ms. Charette:
I mailed you a letter dated May 2, 2003, giving you a notice to resolve the open Building
Permit(s)#29046 for your swimming pool. As of today you have not complied with the
original request. Your permit(s) are still open. If a resolution to the Building Permit(s)is
not made within ten(10)working days of receipt of this letter,we will place a caveat in
the land records stating that there are building code violations on your property. The
swimming pool still should not be opened until a final inspection is done and a Certificate
of Use or Occupancy is issued.
Please call Christopher J. Dougan,Deputy Building Official,or myself should you have
any questions regarding this. Our office hours are 8-9am. and 1-2pm. The phone number
