I am in receipt of structural drawings sealed by Mr. Szewczak depicting
additional/corrective work to the concrete piers necessary to properly seat and
support the modular units.
The issuance of these drawings has followed the completion of this work.
As discussed,Mr. Szewczak must issue a field inspection report indicating that these
piers have been constructed in accordance with his drawings, before this office will
issue a Substantial Completion Certificate.
