Please be advised that beneficial occupancy is hereby granted for
the New Modular Music Room, erected at Timothy Edwards Middle
School under Building Wax L - and jam-iAQ&p and for the
cafeteria and computer room renovations at Timothy Edwards Middle
School performed under Building Permit #22367, as allowed by
Connecticut General Statute 29-252-1b-119 . 5 . 1 .
The permanent Certificate of Occupancy will be issued upon
receipt and approval of an as-built site plan.
Please be advised that any changes in the building which
constitutes a violation of the conditions of the permit will
result in revocation of this approval.
