T.R. Arnold 6 Associates, Inc. is a nationally recognized third party plan
review and inspection a$eney.
On September 22, 1992 T.R. Arnold A Associates. Inc. apprloved the plans for
tine above project as being in cmpliance with the rules and regulations of the
state of Connecticut.
The ebove modules were built at Mark Line's Ephrata. Pennsylvania plant the
last week of September and the first week of October. During the construction
of the modules. T.R. Arnold A Associates, Ina. inspectors were inspecting the
units to ensure that they complied with the previously approved plans.
When the T.R. Arnold & Associates, Inc. inspectors were satisfied that the
units, complied with the approved plans they affixed a blue T.R. Arnold label
signifying that the unit does indeed Comply with the State of Connecticut
requirements. This T.R.A. label normally is in the vioinity of the data plate
in or on the electrical panel .
