Dear Mr. Collins,
It was a pleasure meeting you on Wednesday April 23. If you recall our
conversation, it was regarding the new house number at lot 30 in the
JMJ Construction subdivision, Partridge Meadow II.
The purpose of this letter is to request that the address of this property
be 10 Madison Way. The front of the dwelling is planned to be facing south
which will be on Madison Way, with the garage facing Trumbull Lane.
I also have spoken to Fire Chief Lanning as well as Charlie Danna
in the Assessor's Office, and they indicated that street address has no
bearing in their departments, but they did agree that the street address
did make sense if it were assigned based on the front of the house.
As I mentioned to you, as I was driving across town I made an effort to
notice all dwellings on corner lots that had garages that entered on another
street. All those noted has addresses based on the location of the front of
the house.
