Dear Mr. Lilly:
At their September meeting, the Pleasant Hills Condominium,Association, Inc. Board of
Directors approved your request to install a gas log ir your fireplace with the stipulation that the
installation is performed by a licensed contractor and that the outside piping is weatherproof
wrapped and painted the same color as existing piping. When the installation is to take place,
please call Bill Steen, a member of the Board of Dire tors, at 644-5708. Bill has been asked to
inspect the installation of the gas log and ensure that the outside piping is addressed as requested.
Please remember that if at any time a leak occurs due to the intrusion of the pipe through the
building, you will be responsible for all repairs.
