RE: Conformance Inspection of the Outdoor Swimming Pool HEALTH DEPT.
Located at Evergreen Walk, 15 Andrews Way, South Windsor, CT
Dear Mr. Juliano:
On May 18, 2017, I inspected the recently constructed outdoor swimming pool located at the subject
facility. Plans and specifications for this pool were approved on October 11, 2016.
This inspection was performed in order to evaluate conformance with the approved plans and
specifications. The pool had not been opened for use at the time of inspection, but had been filled with
water.

Observations
As a result of this inspection, the pool was determined to be in compliance with all items indicated on the
plans and specifications approved by this department.
The pool shall be operated and maintained as required by Section 19-13-B33b of the Public Health Code.
