We understand that Sal has been without a Qualified Food Operator for some time. However,these items are required for him to operate under a permit in the state of CT. We have given more than enough time to comply with the applicable regulations. In order for you to be considered full time we would need in writing a statement from Sal that you will be employed there for whatever number of hours he is made to be full time. I think we spoke awhile ago on the phone. Today Heather sent me a list of places for training and Testing. According to Heather the person who carries this certification has to work 30 hours a week. Which I understand that is state law. I will be working there from now on. I knew I would have had to take this course. I have been reading an older book that I had at home which most things are self explanatory. Is there online training as well? You said it is due on March 22. That only gives me a couple weeks.
