Re: Renewal inspection for Foundations for Learning
Dear Sir/Madame:
I recently conducted an inspection for Foundations of Learning at 60 Deming Street in
the town of South Windsor. The facilities current license will expire on April 4, 2016. 1
conducted the re-licensure inspection on July 27, 2015 and the facility passed. I am
enclosing a copy of the inspection form and recommending the facility be re-licensed for
the following bolded items:
Under 3
Pre-School
Additional Items: Unused equipment at yard needs to be removed;the microwave
stand is unstable at the snack area;the carpet between the sinks in the preschool
room is dirty;the lawn needs to be mowed more frequently and thoroughly.
If you have any further questions please contact me at 860-644-2511x250.
Sincerely,
Heather Oatis
